Contact us as soon as possible after any incident. Do not wait days or weeks — most policies require prompt notification, and delay can complicate or invalidate a claim. Call (592) 226-9245, email, or WhatsApp.
At the scene of any incident — motor accident, property damage, or third-party injury — do not admit fault, apologise, or agree to pay anything. These actions can complicate your claim. Let your broker handle it.
Photograph all damage, all relevant parties, and the scene. In motor accidents: collect the other driver's name, licence, plate number, and insurer. In property incidents: photograph before anything is moved or cleaned up.
We record your loss notice in our electronic claims database — every claim is tracked from day one. We notify the insurer formally on your behalf and manage all communication with them.
The insurer appoints an assessor or loss adjuster to evaluate the claim. We oversee this process, ensure the assessment is fair and thorough, and challenge any findings we believe are incorrect.
We negotiate the settlement on your behalf, ensure you receive the full amount you are entitled to under your policy, and confirm the final payment with you. We do not close a claim until you are satisfied with the outcome.
Every claim registered with Abdool & Abdool Inc. is recorded in our electronic database and assigned to a member of our team. We track every claim to resolution and provide regular progress updates. If a claim is taking too long or if you are not satisfied with any aspect of the process, contact us directly — we will escalate on your behalf. Your claim will not be forgotten.
