Abdool & Abdool Inc. Insurance Brokers and Financial Consultants is a duly licensed and registered Insurance Broker with the office of the Commissioner of Insurance.

 We are the holder of a Special Broker’s License which allows us to place insurance coverage directly to the overseas market without engaging a local fronting insurer for risks which cannot be absorbed by the local companies.

 We are also registered with the Local Content Secretariat.

 Abdool & Abdool Inc. has been in existence for over fifty (50) years.

Our Origins

Abdool & Abdool Inc. was established and incorporated in 1974 initially as Abdools Ltd. Brokers and Consultants.  The Company quickly rose to the top of its field, dominating the private sector market and expanding its client portfolio to all sectors of business –Manufacturing, Banking, Engineering, Merchant Shipping, Construction, Hospitality, Aviation, Agriculture, Forestry & Health Care among others. 

 The Company became Abdools RMS in 1992 as a result of a merger with Risk Management Services of Trinidad & Tobago, a subsidiary of the Neal & Massy Group, a Caribbean Conglomerate incorporating over 100 companies involved in industrial and commercial activities throughout the Caribbean.  In 1998, all shares were repurchased from Risk Management Services and we once again became wholly Guyanese and family owned. We have however maintained our international corresponding broking arrangements with the RMS Group to ascertain that all capabilities and efficiencies are preserved.

Abdool & Abdool Inc. is primarily involved in the provision of Insurance Broking and Risk Management Consulting Services to domestic and regional private and public sector business accounts, as well as to multi-nationals in the fields of manufacturing, shipping, financial services, energy and construction.

 Abdool & Abdool Inc. also continues to offer services in the area of Employee Benefit Consulting in Group Life and Medical Benefit plans and specializing in the design and implementation of tailor made Pension Plans and Annuity contracts.

 Our Offices are conveniently located in the primary business district of central Georgetown at 11 Avenue of the Republic, Robbstown, Georgetown, Guyana, in close proximity to most local insurers.
